Milan Chen - ASID Allied member, NKBA, CAPS
Milan's approach to design is about telling unique stories of perspective clients and their space; making sure that implemented design features will not be a trend, but inspired by the human factors and architectural integrity of the building.
Prior to establishing her design studio, Milan had the privilege of working with seasoned designers in the field of high-end residential design, commercial design and staging. Each experience had build upon one another and had contributed to her unique eyes and repertoire for design. Milan was a 2016 ASID California Peninsula Design Excellence Award winning designer in residential, commercial and philanthropy categories.
Milan is known for her calm demeanor and thoughtful design details that exemplify her dedication and commitment to quality work. Milan applies design empathy, develops inspiring concept that captures client's vision with creative solutions and design details.
Milan had pursued professional trainings in Japanese floral design (Ikebana) and interior design. She studied under Leatrice Eiseman at the renowned Eiseman Center for color and design. She holds a Master degree in educational psychology from University of Washington.
